One-of-a-kind fundraiser will feature a car cruise down the California coastline, a car show and a benefit dinner at the OC Fair & Event Center. Join us as we fight human trafficking together!
Irvine, CA (November 2024) – The Slave 2 Nothing® Foundation is proud to host its Cruisin’ 2 Freedom™ car cruise, car show and benefit dinner on Saturday, January 18, 2025, to support organizations that create, educate, and assist with solutions to eliminate human trafficking in our communities.
Guests are invited to cruise down the California coastline in classic cars reminiscent of those on In-N-Out® T-shirts and drive a pre-designated route featuring “checkpoints” at key stops, including In-N-Out Burger® restaurants.
Appealing to generations of car enthusiasts, the family-friendly Cruisin’ 2 Freedom car show will feature hot rods, racing cars, roadsters, and newer exotics.
After the hour-long drive ending at the OC Fair & Event Center, guests will enjoy an unforgettable benefit dinner where they will learn how to make a difference in the fight against human trafficking while savoring a Double-Double® made fresh to order, served by the In-N-Out Cookout truck team of Associates.
All attendees will be able to participate in special raffle giveaways, bid on exciting silent and live auction items, and will receive a commemorative T-shirt and gift.
“We’re excited to host our special event, Cruisin’ 2 Freedom, where we’ll come together to enjoy In-N-Out’s car culture, but, more importantly, collectively serve in the fight against human trafficking,” said Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson, co-founder of the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation.
“During National Human Trafficking Awareness Month, it’s my hope that we raise greater awareness and efforts to rescue victims, help heal them and their families, protect those at risk, and set them on their feet again with hope. It’s our responsibility to help fight this injustice, especially for the abused children and those that have been through the foster system that are statistically more at risk. We must bring light to the thousands in our communities, and we greatly appreciate those who participate in this worthy cause.
“Our In-N-Out Burger Foundation is working tirelessly to help at-risk children and rescue them before they become enslaved,” Snyder-Ellingson said.
The car cruise will begin at 3:00 p.m. at Huntington Street and Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach. The car show will begin at 3:00 p.m. at OC Fair & Event Center, 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, and the benefit dinner will begin at 4:00 p.m. at OC Fair & Event Center, 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa.
Dinner guest admission is $75, and car show entry with dinner admission is $100.
All monies raised from registration and donations will directly support the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation to help fight human trafficking. In 2024, the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation funded 63 anti-human trafficking organizations providing direct services to those needing help.
Donations of any amount are appreciated for anyone unable to attend. In-N-Out Burger is proud to underwrite 100% of the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation’s administrative costs to ensure that each donation helps organizations helping people in our communities who desperately need our support.
